I'm currently narrowing down a list of things I want to get for my Sahara. With that said, I'm trying to eliminate things that I don't need, therefore saving money for more important add-ons.

I was wondering if headlamp protectors are worth the $20 it costs to buy them, or if I even need them.

I'm talking about the sheets that go over the headlamps, not the metal bars.

No. No value added. Why protect the stock junkers. Throw them out and put in some Truklites LED, KC LED or Hella H4 lamps.

I'm personally not sure what you're talking about exactly. Do you have a link so we can see what you're referring to?

I'd go JW Speaker!
1. Crazy bright
2. Easy plug and play install
3. Great warranty
4. Solid look

Just buy the bulbs if you want a different color. Protectors like these will probably just keep your glass from completely shattering if hit.

Not needed. Buy a tow strap instead.

Ahh I see now. I agree with the others. I wouldn't waste the twenty bucks on it. I'd put that 20 elsewhere.

These have saved me from broken lights in the woods. Otherwise a plastic coat would just hold my broken lense together.
