Help with correcting castor angle needed
My front LCA's should be here Wednesday and I am curious as to what angle I need to get rid of the flightiness. I realize some trial and error is needed to get it perfect, but any starting point would be very helpful.
I netted right at 4" of lift so I'm not sure what length might help me correct the angles.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

The more positive caster you have the more stable and better your JK will handle, but the moe you increase the caster the more you increase your pinion angle. Basically it is a balance between as much positive caster as you can get without creating a driveline issue, most notably a driveline vibration because of too steep an angle.
I have Trailmaster's 4.5" lift. My caster is +5.25-5.5 degrees. Handles very well, minimal flightyness and no driveline vibrations. Call your lift manufacturer, their tech dept. will likely have a number that will be either a good starting point or the number to be aiming for, for your particular lift.

I'll call and see what they say. Thanks
