This isn't rocket surgery, just go to auto parts store and buy something called a "trim panel" tool. Even better find the plastic style trim panel tools too. If there are visible push clips get under them with the trim panel tool and remove. Once all those are removed then look for visible screws and remove them as well. If it still won't come loose then its held on with built in spring clips underneath and you'll need to push the tool under the edge of the trim panel and gently pry until clips let go. Repeat until the panel pops off...

I ran power wiring under there to get to the amp I installed in the back. I didn't actually remove the panel entirely but I was able to lift up on the bottom enough to push the wire in. I did this under that side rail, up through the pillar by the seatbelt and then was able to tie wrap the wire to some other wires under the carpeting along the top railing of the back of my 2-door. I know this sounds stupid without pictures but unfortunately I didn't take any. Hope that helps a little at least.

Or, you could just pull them up. It isn't really that hard. You can even reuse the plastic screw-thingies.
