Default So the Pro Comp 7089 Series has

a 17X8 with 4.5 back spacing. That sounds like it works. Anything else I should think of or do?

Is this a good wheel?

Thanks

Pro Comp makes pretty legitimate products, the weight is in line with the stock wheels, the dimensions are fine, so if you like the style you should be go to go.

They are even moderately priced, so if tear one up it won't be too expensive to replace.

Nitto Mud Grapplers 33x13.50 on a 15x10 Pro Comp steelie. 3.75" BS with a 1.5" wheelspacer/wheel adapter b/c the steelies are on a 5 - 5.5 bolt patttern. Stock suspension. Tires get mounted, balanced and put on tomorrow!

I know I'm gonna catch flak for this but keep in mind that the industry experts recommend a wheel that is within 2-3" of tire width. Improves tire wear, ride quality, and handling and is generally what it was designed for.

I also don't buy this "poor man's beadlock" line. Have run many times at 6psi with a 12.5" wide tire on a 10" wide wheel with NO PROBLEMS popping a bead. Gotta call BS on that one. Sorry.

Flame suit on!
