help with pulling after teraflex BB!?
couple things...
1.) My problem was solved after a tire rotation and coming home from college.
2.) I went to college at U of A in Tucson and now live in Scottsdale. From my observation and driving around, the Scottsdale streets are even and well paved with little to no cracks or slumps in the road. Whereas the tucson streets were somewhat cracky and one side of the road seemed to always be at a slight slant because the road were made the way in order to pile monsoon rain on one side for lack of a better drainage system -- no offense.
While driving my Jeep through Tucson I was always getting pull to the right, even after centering my steering wheel. When I finally came home from college I recentered my wheel and all was perfect for me.
So, I believe that the streets my friend are what's causing your veer to the right. I mean think about it like this also...
when offroading in 4wd, if you let go of your steering wheel your JK wants to grab onto anything, and sometimes on certain obstacled even with the steering wheel straight you may be going in a totally different direction because of the terrain. So, I think it's the streets down in Tucson.

I think that with the lower castor it is just more noticable than before since the handling is more sensitive to these types of issues. I know that my jeep tend to switch between the direction its pulling deending on how the road slant, and prior to the Tera 2.5" lift it wasn't nearly as noticable.

I had the same issue with pulling on with my TF BB. I recently bought a 4" TF kit and the directions for the front lower control arms have the passenger side 1/8" longer than the driver's side. Note #1 on the directions say this to eliminate the tendancy of JK's to pull to the right during braking. I guess it it true because now I don't pull at all. If you aren't planning on buying a bigger lift later, you can buy just the front lower control arms from Teraflex for 329.99.

I would bet that your front axle is shifted to the driver's side. You can measure the distance between the frame and the inside of the wheel on each side (with the wheels straight) and see how far off it is.
An alignment may cover up this geometrical problem, but I would recommend you purchase an adjustable trac bar if you intend on doing any more mods (which you will
) later on.
