I hate how much shipping costs. Probably about 40 bucks to ship. So 140 shipped to you.

Might be a little to much with shipping, they are on Ebay for $75 with free shipping.

Well there you go then. 18/59 springs plus your spacers should give you over 2 inches of lift and work well with your new shocks. And it'll be cheaper then buying aftermarket 2.5" lift springs. That's what I'd do.

Yea i have the 2 inch bds pucks in front and i have bilstein 5100s up front and pro comp prorunners in the rear
