There are some good videos on YouTube showing the cause of death wobble.

Default Death wobble cures

I had a 2003 2500 cummins dodge 4x4. The death wobble started and i replaced a lot of things before putting a set of trackbar bushings in. That fixed it immediately. I haven't had problem on jeep. Also make sure you check torque specs for track bar. Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep will bump them up sometimes without posting it. The 03 2500 was 150 ft/lb and found out when i replaced bushings that A SERVICE UPDATE HAD PUSHED IT TO 200 ft/lb.

I had it on my 05 CTD with 6" lift and 37's. Happened after the truck sat all winter. I did bal joints then steering brace and then got the thurmen fox steering stabilizer and finally that did it
