Default High lift mount

What are people's thoughts on ways of mounting your high lift jack? I want it to be out of the way but I really don't want to have to cut anything major and if I put it on the hood mounts will it get in the way of my windshield lights? So many questions I need your help

That looks good but I dunno if my Piaa lights would clear it or flash back and blind me?

I'm guessing there are a lot of minor variations to make it work on the hood, but the one fella I know whose hood mounted has the washer spray hitting into the lift and not really effectively spraying onto the windshield.

This is a good question because there are pro and cons to most of the ways to mount your jack. On the hood doesn’t look good but it is real easy to get to. In the back looks better but can clank around and could be harder to get out. You could get a tire carrier that way it is easy to get to keeps the rattling outside and it looks good but then you have the cost. I know some people like the look of it being on the hood and if you are one of those people, I am not saying you have bad taste; we just don’t share the same taste in the mount.

My M.O.R.E bumper/tire carrier came with mounts. I like the look of it on the rear

I'm running the Exp One rear bumper and tire carrier with hi lift mount. I like this location but I dont know if I can live with the rattling from the jack. Are there any tricks to silence a hi-lift? I've got the isolater and neoprene cover, even took off the base plate.

I have a 2 door and I mounted mine inside with the RR Highlift Mount. I don't get any rattling because the plate is used to mount. I will snap some pics later. The best part, it's out of the weather.
