Default Which hitch?

I just bought a 2015 wrangler unlimited and i didn't get the package for a hitch receiver.

That being said I called my local shops and they are charging me $300+ just to install the hitch but they're telling me a light plug hasn't been created for the 2015's yet. I found a few different recievers for fairly cheap and the install looks pretty easy but haven't been able to find the light plug for the trailer lights.

If anyone could recommend a good receiver and light plug I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Check this one out.
My brother installed this on his (ex) girl's 2011, easy peasy.

Friend of mine was told the same. That there was no plug made yet. Turns out mine worked perfectly in his jeep so it seems to be just a matter of people not updating their websites to say that it works for 2015 models too. Any of the plug and play kits should work. Takes about 10 minutes to install and wire up. Figure around 100$ total for the hitch and wire harness

Quadratec, smittybilt, rugged ridge etc...

Yeah I figured nothing had really changed from the 2014-2015.

Which plug do you have?

I'm running the smittybilt one cause it was easiest to get for a decent price in Canada. The quadratic one seems cheapest now that's its on sale

I'll sell you my barely used oem mopar hitch and harness for $95 shipped. The finish is superior to the rest. I've had 3 different brands before I bought the mopar and it's by far the best.

I actually installed the Jeep OEM hitch and wiring harness on my new Rubicon last night. It was $100 and some change including tax from my dealer. Took me about 10 minutes to install both. The dealer told me the same thing about the install. $300ish to install LOL, right.....
