I am getting ready to install the Coast 1310 front DS. I will be using the write-up and the installation seems to be straight forward but I did have one question... what size gear puller do I need?

I used a med size pully puller. You will also need one to pull out your front diff seal. You always should replace the seal when you take the yoke out. Always.

Use something like this:

You usually can pick up a med size puller made by Gates at your local parts store. Make sure the arms are reversible so you can pull your pinon seal out too.

Can I buy the seal at the parts store or do I need to order it from somewhere?

Anyone? Do I need to order the seals or can I get them at NAPA?
