does it have a grease fitting on the shaft itself where it extends and compresses? If so squirt some3 grease in there. bolt it in place in the back put on some gloves and put your feet on the axle and pull it toward you. It will move.

haha I just lol'd thinking about him under there pulling on the damn thing and it flying apart. Him waking up with half a shaft in his hand. lmao. maybe you should mark it, lol. I have never pulled one apart but if you did it would suck cause they are balanced.
