Measure the height from the ground to your fender, front and rear. If the front is lower than the rear, you need a leveling kit.

I just added a 1" teraflex spacer. Currently have AEV front/rear bumper, WARN 9.5Cti with Steel cable, and Lights (not that it added much weight), and it leveled off the jeep just fine.

Yes, but measure under real world conditions with people in the front seats and the junk you carry piled into the back. Otherwise you may get a Jeep that looks great when parked and empty, but sits too low in back when you go camping.

To get the front height back after a bumper and winch, try to find front springs with a couple hundred pounds more carrying capacity. If you put spacers on top of springs that are compressed more than they were designed for, those springs are still over-compressed even though the Jeep now sits higher. This is true whether the over-compressed springs are stock height or taller than stock. Spacers use up part of your suspension travel in most cases.
