Does anyone have any pictures or instructions, including the tools needed to install these knobs?

Nah, I just took a flat-blade screwdriver and pried the stock ones off. If you take a piece of paper towel and lay it under the screwdriver it won't mar your console.

One thing I will say is that the billet knobs get incredibly hot. Not so much the two side knobs but the center knob (where the illuminating lights are) gets hot enough that you can't hold onto it long.
