Default How to make a stock stubby?

What sizes are bolts holding the bumper on? I want to make a stock stubby... a friend will let me use his saw, but i just need to buy a diamond plated saw blade for steel or something... past that, is there anything i would need? can a hacksaw work fine?

can i take the plastic off of the bumper before taking the whole bumper off?

A hack saw will work fine. A sawzall is better. The metal on the bumper is very thin. It would be cleaner to remove the plastic bumper, then cut the metal just inside where you will eventually cut the plastic.

I didn't even take my bumper off. I just put a metal cutting blade in the sawzall and went to town. Just don't let the sawzall guide ride against the plastic bumper. It will scar it up. Oops...

It does look better if you take the time to do this...I just wasn't willing to do it. Good luck.
