Default How much amor on factory coils

I was just wondering how much armor I can put on without having to much sag? I have the HD coils from the factory. I want to put on a front skid, have rubi rails, and am planning on installilng a rear bumper shortly down the road. Also, I have a TF BB.

This isn't a sag or no sag question. The more weight the lower your rig will sit. Don't know what skid you have on the front, but many folks just put a front bumper without bumper. The winch can be heavy. I run a 27 lb. bumper and 54 lb. winch. Very little drop in height. Most folks don't run extra skids underneath. The factory tank skid is light and does get beat up a bunch. Haven't seen any failures though. The rubi rails are very good. Your call on the rear bumper.

With my factory "HD" coils the front was sitting on the bupstops after about 3 months with a winch and bumper. The thing is it didn't sit that was at first. The facorty coild really settle a lot and can handle virtually ZERO extra weight.

Alot of people are have to put 3/4" Coil Spaces on the front when mounting after market bumpers and winches. This will normally level the JEEP out.

There may also be a longevity issue due to the extra load. I haven't touched my springs. I suspect they will wear out more quickly with the extra weight but I'll wait until they due to install a lift.
