can a "hypertech max energy programmer" be used in conjunction with a "unichip"?

I would think not. The Unichip clips between the computer and vehicle controls and would void most if not all of the programing that the Hypertech installed.

That's called "stacking", and none of the companies recommend it because of things exactly as Robar described. You just never know what's gonna happen. Moreover, if you have to set it back to stock for service and then reinstall, there's no garranty that it will program back the same way. You can actually end up with something different each time.

stacking only works on diesel motors. wont do anything for a gas motor it might even do bad things.
