Yikes, definitely save up to get new axles (front and rear if you can, but front first most definitely).

You could probably street it for a while on a D30 with 40s but... Yeah thats a huge tire for a dana 30

He means in the back.

SOME 07 non-rubicons had dana 35's in the rear (at least that's what i've heard), and apparently the dana 44 was an option with the 07 non rubicons (as was 4.10 gears)

all 08-present have dana 44's in the back from the factory.

Yes! I have a 07 with a 44 in the back with 4:10.
And a d30 up front!
And my buddy has a 35 in the back

I would get c-gussets welded on asap and maybe think about getting a truss

Artec Industries JK Front Axle Truss

If you are going to regear it might be worth getting the axles sleeved, but in general I don't think they sleeving a d30 is worth the cost.

The C's and truss will help your axle warping issue but your next problem will be with 4.88 or numerically-higher gears your ring and pinion for the d30 will get pretty small (weak) so you will need to take it easy if you wheel it.

If it was me I would get c-gussets, truss welded on b/c its pretty cheap, but start saving for a new front axle if you plan to wheel it hard.
