I got some really bad advice here...
Depending on what mods your Jeep may have, there's very little to align. If your Jeep suspension is basically stock (no lift, new control arms, track bars, etc), then there are only two things to align. One: Toe in. Two: Center the steering wheel. An alignment shop will charge you the same $80 to check your toe and steering wheel as they would to align a vehicle with more adjustable features. And, both of those are easily checked by yourself. In fact, even with lots of aftermarket parts, alignment is something that any decent shadetree mechanic can do in his driveway better than the typical alignment shop (since most have no idea how to align a fully adjustable, four link, Panhard rod suspension). Here are the procedures. And only toe in and steering wheel centering apply to your Jeep if not lifted, etc ...

I love Jeeps but i hope that Fiat fixes the crappy suspension in the next Jeep redesign. Its 2014 here people and you dont have to have a a crappy ride in order to just ride over a few rocks her'n'der. They did a great job with the latest interior and its by far better then the 100% crappy plastic interior that I have. The Europeans are much better at building rides fer sure.
Yeah, I got a softtop the same way: $500 and it was new in the boxes. Anyway, the damage occurred on your Jeep then. Time to figure out what's tearing up your tires.

An alignment takes a few minutes with basic tools and a helper.
It appears you have other things going on. Have you watched the videos in the following thread?
