Default I'm A little worried

I know this may sound like a noob question so please bear with me. I changed the wheel on my 2013 Wrangler Sport (manual trans) from the 225/75R16 to the Sahara's 255/70R18, but now my speedometer reads low by about 8 km/hr. I know there is a fix using some sort of programmable modual but will it hurt anything on the engine / tranny to drive it like this for now?

Thanks a lot guys for the help!!

No harm, your speedo will just be off. Pick up a Procal and problem solved.

My speedo has been off since 2010..it's about 3-4mph slow....only reason I'm getting a procal now is because I got a no limits disco and don't want the dash light on lol

U won't damage anything.... Just remember that it's off when ur near cops.... Don't want any tickets!

X2. The only thing this really affects is the shift points on the automatic transmissions
