This is a setup issue! When the proper caster and axle positioning is set, it is not even close and should not be an issue. What caster are you running? That will help us a ton.

Looks like the axle is pushed to far forward. I would look at shortening the upper and lowers arms an equal amount and see if it helps.

We recommend 4.2 to 4.5 degrees of caster for sure! Rotating the axle an extra 2 degrees will significantly help the coil spring clearance.

I don't think it's a castor problem with me, the spring itself actually bows outwards and this is what causes it to come so close. EVO said they tried turning it multiple different ways, it just wants to bow forward for some reason?

Either way, I've wheeled it hard and had no issues...You guys are doing some great work

Gonna get an alignment in a couple weeks, I'll have them check what exactly my castor is.

Im having the same problem right now... Installed the kit this week end and im sitting at the alignment shop.. Hopefully it will fix the problem... If not ill have to buy a new swaybar... Ill keep u posted

Flex like a champ after caster adjustement! Im going to have to trim the rear well a bit and cut that front bumper.. The ill be able to order bumpstops

The coil spring can only sit one way as it has to align with the indent in the bottom perch (unless you have an aftermarket axle). It sounds like your lower control arms are too long and are pushing your axle too far forward.
