Default Install Problem on rock krawler 3.5 x factor system

I just installed a rock krawler 3.5 x factor system and an having a problem with the front sway bar hits in the front coils. We measured all the front control arms to rk specifications. the left side hits the coils and the right side is less .5 inch away. Anyone have any info on this?

You mean like this?
Apparently it's normal...

As I've said before, I've abused this suspension quite a bit in the past few months and it performs like a champ...Articulates like a mofo!

With their warranty. Maybe we should go wheel it and see if it binds or not or if it just scrapes really bad.

Then just keep using warranty to replace link and spring every few years?

Mine looks like this after an alignment. Waiting for a problem that hasn't appeared yet!

Set your links at 24" and don't worry about it

Glad I found this, havent done full flex yet but my drivers side is closer than my passanger side too. Double checked my measurements, no issues as of 1500 miles.

What's an explanation for this? Is this just a RK issue? Are the coils RK use larger diameter or are the front arms too long? I'm getting ready to order a 3.5 max travel and I'm interested in finding out why were seeing this with their kit.
