Default Installing Gorilla Lug Nuts

Hey guys, I got in some black replacement Gorilla lug nuts. Stupid question, but what is the best way to exchange these out. Can I just do 1 at a time to each wheel with the Jeep on the ground? or do I need to raise a wheel and take them all off 1 wheel at a time and then replace all 5? or some other way? Also, after driving a certain distance with them on, do I need to go back and retighten? Thanks.
