That's interesting, the original part number is suffix 119. I wonder what the flow difference looks like between the two. I put out $100 for a set of refurbished Bosch injectors to go with my 250k mile 'refresh'.
I’ve made some progress in the last week or so but it’s been slow going.
I had plans to weld up the supercharger mounting bracket. Tried to teach myself TIG welding aluminum but was not very successful. After ruining a couple of 4’ sections of Al angle stock, I decided to give up and use nuts/bolts instead. Here is a pick of the bracket.
I made a small heat shield from aluminum plate to deflect the heat from the headers.
Here is a pic of the supercharger sitting in roughly the correct place. Hopefully this week I’ll get around to making some stand-offs from small diameter Al tube and use Grade 8 bolts to mount the supercharger in place.
I need to order a couple of small diameter idler pulleys to finalize the belt routing. Then I can measure total length of belt needed and hopefully find a good option online.
Also need to work out the intake pipe set up. I bought a 3” diameter kit with varying straights, bends and rubber couplers. I bought a 3” diameter in/out intercooler as well. I’m thinking of mounting this on the engine side of the radiator and moving the electric fan to mount to the intercooler. There is not enough room to mount the intercooler between the AC condenser and grill.
Finally got the mounting design completed and supercharger installed. Also determined the new belt routing and installed a new, longer serpentine belt.
Next will be installing new injectors since that should be fairly straightforward compared to what I’ve done so far. Then building a new mounting bracket for the battery and ECU.
NOTICE: I’m looking for someone in the Washington DC metro area that could come by to help weld the Aluminum intake piping. I’m willing to pay. Let me know if you’re in the area and interested in helping. Also I have a 240 AC TIG YesWelder, argon and all supplies. Just need someone with the skills. Thanks!

Those two bolts may not be the best idea on the right side. I would precision machine a solid aluminium block that covers the areas just past and in between those bolts to hold the supercharger steady and absorb the vibrations. But looks good.
Question: Why did you not just buy a Vortex type charger and use that? Was it $$$$?

thanks for the response.
I’m using 3/8” grade 8 bolts with 1/8” wall aluminum tube for the stand-offs. The mounting platform is bolted to the engine with 1/4” aluminum plate. I’ll be keeping an eye on this though because I was initially concerned about breaking the bolts. But after getting everything together I’m less concerned. It’s very solid.
Yes $$$$ was a factor. But also I wanted to try something different. The twin screw design has better low and mid range which is where it’s most useful. And I was looking for a project.
Right now, I’m about $2200 into this including the HP Tuners pro kit and credits. Left to buy are a couple of wideband O2 sensors and two high flow cats.
Edit: typo. 3/8” bolts, not 3/16”

unfortunately this is not the correct injector. They are shorter than the original ones by about 1/2”. Will report when I determine the correct ones
Ok. After a couple of hours of research, I have ordered a set of Bosch 0280158279 injectors. These have the ‘long’ body style that the stock injectors have. They have 52 lb/min flow whereas stock are 21 lb/min.
Another potentially useful model is Bosch 0280158085. Also long style body with 42 lb/min flow rate.
