Something may very well be wrong . My 3.8 auto with 3.73 in 3rd would easily accelerate steep grades at 60mph. With 5.38 and 37s it will pull in 4th.

Accelerate? With 35's? I will lose speed until 2nd gear. 3rd will maybe maintain 60 on hills. I'm not talking Florida hills but not mountains either. No way I could dream of pulling in 4th.
