I have a puzzle for you. My setup: 2008 2 door
3.5 RK springs + 3/4 spacers in rear
Fox shocks Adjustable RK control arms
Stock RK front upper ca
Evo rock stars Synergy trackbar, draglink, sector shaft brace, trackbar brace, tie rod
Drag link is flipped
Raised front and rear trackbar
RK rear trackbar
Front and rear Antirocks
Front Rubi axle is sleeves and gusseted
Synergy ball joints
Rear Rubi axle is trussed
5:13 gears

In short, on the gas jeep veers left, off the gas jeep veers right. Can't find play in any joints. Rear pass axle flange is a little bent. It veers enough to to change lanes in about maybe 5 seconds. Steering wheel Doesn't pull and is held straight when it happens.

I've had a couple people say they think the rear end is walking out.
Castor is ~4.5-5
toe is good
Camber is a little off on the pass side but not by much
Tire pressures are even

I'm friggin stumped! Northridge 4x4

Caster is plenty. Have you centered your axles with adjustable track bars?

Yes. Axles are centered.

Based on what I know I would guess rear control arm joints or a differential issue. But can't find issue in either.

I know you said you checked, but in my experience this was caused by worn rear control arm bushings.

2nd the control arm bushings. allowing the axle to shift while under load then back when off load.

I agree with control arms... So what is the best way to inspect Krawler joints? When I take them off should I be able to rotate them at all? Here is the bushing end of one of the fronts...

That gap u see is very shallow. NOT all the way through.

Its cracked and its obviously worn. I would replace that bushing even if it wasn't the problem. It cant hurt, that's for sure.

And bushing like that should not be able to rotate.

What are the angles like on your drag link and track bar? Sounds like they are fighting each other and that would be causing your issue. When you accelerate, the front end lifts, axle shifts, etc. When you let off the gas, the suspension compresses. It can be quite a bit of suspension travel and if the angle aren't playing well with each other, you will have the drift issue.

Given that it only happens when accelerating or stopping, I doubt it is worn parts.

Front trackbar and draglink are parallel.
Both track bars are raised with artec raised brackets. Drag link is flipped.

The bushing doesn't rotate.
