For me... I have found that if I find a service wirter that will listen and respects your investment in their company and dealership... And also make sure to alway fill out the satisfaction form raving about the service writer... You will have no issues . I have even had him go to bat for me with Chrysler corporate over issues with our Commander. Now that is service!

As I've said before the Dana 30 axle C's have been a known problem ( they come from the factory that way) They can not be set to factory specs as is. And most general tire shops do not have part numbers for cambered ball joints to fix the problem. Most good 4X4 shops should be able to help you if not E-Mail me and I'll forward you the name and number of a shop I use that can help. He's not a sponser so I won't post his info.

x2. I haven't put on bigger tires yet, but I did keep all of the stock parts up in my attic and will throw the stock wheels/tires in a corner in the garage. I figure I probably won't ever put them on, but if I should happen to shell a tranny or blow a motor while out wheeling, I could trailer the jeep home and swap parts before trailering it to the dealership. That, and if that happens, I'll probably take it to a dealer that has never seen my Jeep before.

Thinking about it, though, I wonder if that means I'll have to swap out some of the stock parts again before taking it in for the 5-year checkup to keep the lifetime warranty active. Could be a PITA.
