Default Jet chip install ???

I bought a Jet Performance chip used with no instructions. My question is where do I plug it in? I havent gone out and popped my hood yet but Id like to know where to start before I do. thanks

not at all sure, but i think theres a thing to plug it under the plastic thats under the steering wheel...look above the pedals.
