Default jk buggy build

well i got my 42 inch iroks and some 2x4 3/16 and 2x3 3/16 for the main frame and a bunch of round tube for the cage. and my jk hood and grille came in. now i need a trans, th400 or th350 if i can get one built to handle the 468 and 42,s. i will be running a 205 gm and a gm front 60 and a dodge rear 70hd. i plan to copy most of the dimensions from my jk unlimited. heres a pic of how not very far i am, this will be a long build since i work out of town all week but i will get it done as fast as i can. i will update as i go.

Just curious do you have cage design on paper (rough draft)? Let us know what your thinking along the way.

I read a similar project on line and it was pretty cool to watch the thoughts and ideas, trial/errors as he went.

i havent yet drawn anything up, but i want to copy the style of the factory jk unlimited. with alot of added support and seat mounts and full front cage and not just tying into the windshield. it will be the stock wheelbase as a jk 4 door and i will use the stock windshelid frame and glass as well as side mirrors and few other factory parts just to really give it a true jk look. im going to give it some flares and they will be welded right into the body and will look like the xenon panel flare style. im going to licence this for the street.
