How do you license it for the street? I would think that would include al kinds of emissions and other paper work. I thought when people did this they took a 'regular' jeep and basically threw everything away and remade it how they wanted. Good luck!!!

Me too how do you get it smogged?

We built a 2 inch cage from scratch at Off Road Evolution . Maybe Mel can help you.

I'm guessing this will be a trail-only rig and trailered to the trailhead.

At the top, click Threat Tools, then pick Subscribe to thread in the drop down box.

It'll send you emails or whatever you choose whenever somebody replies.

I built my TJ the same way basically with 44" Boggers and Rockwells. It came out great but it was A LOT of work! There are pics of it floating around this board if you search my username.
