Default JK on Nitrous

Hi all

I was just wondering if anyone out there has been using nitrous on thier jk, I want to know if the jk engine is well built to handle 35hp shot of nitrous in the Dunes, mostly uphill. a water/meth mix will also be used for added safety. Any advice?

thx

Hamza

I don't know much about it, But I saw a guy blow up a 5.0 in a fairly new Mustang (back in the day).
I don't know how much he used ... he prob gave it too much, but I would think that 5.0 would be better equiped
than our minivan motor to handle something like that. And it didn't survive. I've steered clear of it ever since.

I had a 350 smallblock that I Nitroused up a 150 horses easy never had any problems with the motor, and I know that any V6 engine can handle 50hp shot of nitrous, just need to know if the jk V6 is as well built as the older I6 4.0.
