No. They have one at 0 degrees for stock to 3" lifts and then one that has 4 degrees built in for lifts over 3". Mine is a TeraFlex 2.5" so we though it should have worked. So I'm adding Synergy adjustable control arms to get the caster it needs.

There is a Basic DIY Alignment writeup up in the Writeups area. There is an Index stuck to the top of it. I don't think the links work, so just scroll down to the steering or troubleshooting sections.

If all else is good brand new ball joints can make the steering kind of weird until they break in.

I have the same thing goin on with my jeep right now. I set my Metalcloak arms to the length they suggest on their site but I'm running 4" Currie springs so that may differ. My question is which way is positive? Meaning is 4.2* from 0 rolled to front of jeep or towards the rear?

As you lift, the pinion starts moving upward, which lowers the caster. To raise the caster, you need to rotate the pinion back down - either by shortening the upper arms, or lengthening the lower arms.

WOW!! What a difference a castor change makes! I'm glad I ran across this thread cause it gave me ideas on what to look for when I started searching the net. Mine was at 90* so I extended my lower control arms to put castor at 88-88.5* and now the jeep doesn't wonder on the street or the fwy and I can feel comfortable going 75mph with 37's. I do get some steering wheel feel but that could be cause of the 37's but I may play with castor some more. I did all of my alignment myself in the driveway with a tape measure and have no plans of going to an alignment shop. I found this thread helpful for anyone else looking to tackle this on their own:

Installed a full set of adjustable Synergy control arms front and rear. Adjusted camber to max caster and all wandering went away and rides great. Actually lengthened the overall wheel base by about 1.5 inches too. Seems to have been the answer. -

Well, I must retract my last post on the wandering issue. Yes I installed all 8 Synergy control arms and thought it was fixed. Just ended a 400 mile run and the wandering is just as bad as it was before.
So, any have a referral for a shop the is really good on suspension and alignment for custom built jeeps in the SoCal area?

Max caster? You must have a vendetta out for your front driveshaft. You want caster at about 5*. One side should be slightly less to accommodate the crown in most roads.

Wandering is also often a symptom of incorrect toe. Go to an alignment shop that has the nice Hunter alignment rack. Tell them the specs you want (toe within stock spec, caster slightly above with the highest being 5*). They'll also correct your rear toe (angle of rear axle relative to front).

If you lengthened your wheelbase as mic as you say, be sure to check clearance while cycling the suspension. I'd be surprised if there aren't some issues.
