already mentioned but the first thing I thought of was a trailer... you would likely be able to tow more (vs the bed of a jk8) with the trailer and save a TON of money and time.

Looks like he has a 2007 auto. That's a minimum of 3.73 gears. From my understanding, the tow limit is 3500 lbs, which I assume should be good enough to tow a bunch of landscaping equipment (maybe not an excavator or real heavy equipment), but lawnmowers, even a John Deere Sub compact loader weights only 1500 lbs I think.
If you go for the trailer, get an auto trans cooler. Search it on the forum here, many have installed them for very affordable prices. Even more expensive kits are only a few hundred dollars.

I should be ok towing. i have upgraded to 4.10 and i have a trans cooler as well

I'm still concidering doing the conversion but for now i think the trailer idea is a winner.
