I think at 60 mph or above you get flapping without it all closed up. Lots of edges to catch wind.

I think it only happens when the wind is behind you, when you are going against the wind it's fine. I'm going to re-tighten everything when I get home. The odd thing is I drive to work everyday with just the safari top and have never experienced anything like this before.
