Did you also have the cross bars? I wonder if that can be another source of noise or is it below the area of turbulence. I am willing to pay $30 in hope of it helping, but $120 is too much to play around with.

I got the sense from SuperTruckUSA (Quadratec) that it would not fit the JK. They didn't indicate if it is a tube diameter issue.

with or without the cross bars i have the hum. the deflector helps. im going away next month with my ARB roof top tent, which was incredibly loud, im hoping it helps with that too
