N2rock,

I did'nt give it alot of thought (shorty Antenna) because I figured that the FM reception would be real bad. What's your thoughts on the recption angle ?

I bought the Mopar ones around the same time as my birthday and I got the KC ones for my birthday. So I am just going to give the KC ones to my buddy.

I took my antenna completely off and I live in a small town with the closest station being 30+ miles away. The station comes in as clear as it did with the antenna. So I am planning on going to advance later today and getting a short antenna.

I like the Mopar down and out look, but I didn't know I was going to have to take off the antenna. That may change my mind. Does anybody have the bracket that fits lights and moves the mirrors too? That way I would have the mirrors when I take the doors off.

Have you checked them at night individually to see which one has more glare on the hood or if their is a dead spot in the light on the trail?

[QUOTE=N2rock;362854]
But the reason I picked them was because I saw pictures, and preferred the down & out position of the mopar over the up & in position of the KC's

Awesome thread! Thanks for posting this question with the pics. This solidifies my decision on the MOPAR brackets. Now, if I could only see an 8" and a 6" for comparison in light size
