Default Kelly Safari TSR

Purchased my 10 JKU a few months back with a RC spacer lift and 285/70 17 Kelly safari tsr's. After driving it a few days, I hated the tires. Noisy as hell and not a good ride. Swore up and down I would never get them again. Took it wheeling for the first time a few weeks back and after the trip its a completely different ride. No longer roar going down the street and seems to ride a lot smoother. Maybe evened out some of the uneven wear by spinning on rocks and roots? Anyway, anyone else out there running these tires that could give me their personal feedback?

Did you air down? I don't believe much would change just by wheeling.

They were pitted pretty bad before the trip so I'm assuming the rocks may have knocked off some of the rough edges. But I'm running the same pressure now as before and it's a night and day difference

How was your alignment when you had them installed? I always seem to knock the Jeep's alignment when I wheel; maybe you knocked something into alignment.

Awesome! I think the main problem with mine were not being rotated on a schedule by the previous owner. I think I'll go with them again but a 315 this time

I had them on another truck and was pretty happy with them. They rode smooth and were quite.

I have them and have about 20k miles on them. I find them to be very quiet. As for ride quality I have nothing else to compare them to so can't comment
