ANYBODY TRY TO FIND THAT PURPLE WIRE AND PUT IN A SWITCH? I AM GONNA LOOK FOR IT. I HATE STABILITY CONTROL. ONLY OVERWEIGHT SOCCER MOMS GOING TO THE GROCERY STORE SHOULD USE IT.

NEVER HAD ANY STABILITY CONTROL STUFF ON ANY OF THE JEEPS I HAVE OWNED BEFORE. IF YOU ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IT IS USELESS. BUT HEY, THATS JUST MY OPINION.

Interesting read. I wonder if this Dynamic Sensor is the same one used for airbag deployment? I don't thin it would be that great of an idea to disable that.

I agree the car stoping you when you need to go can also be dangerous. It's not like the jeep has the power of a corvette where you really have to think about stomping on the gas.

The dealer is able to lower the sensitivity of the ESP. They did it to mine when I had the oil changed and the stall bug recall fixed.
