Developing new stuff there is always a learning curve. The fact that they came to you, shows that they are interested in making a quality shock. It also sounds like they have employed more qualified people. When we tested with them they did not want to re-valve the shocks. They just would turn the clickers. Elka has always stood behind there parts and have a great reputation in the costumer service area.
