Default Kitpower box on the 2.8 CRD engine

Installed a Kitpower tuning box this weekend on my euro 2.8 CRD Rubicon. It brings quite much extra torque and adds some 40 additional horses with a result at 217hp and 370 ft-lb (yep, that is 130 more than on the 3.8 V6 engine! ). Makes a good difference and the jeep pulls very well now. Easy plug & drive install.
Fuel economy is 23 miles/gallon.

Here are a few pics:

Fuel economy stayed the same as before the chip tuning.
I never got much more out of it than 23 mpg with mixed driving...

Must be nice! Are those dyno numbers or manufacturer claims? I'll just have to settle for the single digit horsepower/torque gains from my Airaid.

The funny thing is, here is France 90% of the JK's are diesel.
If you want a 3.8 V6, you need to special order one and lead times are long, at least 5-6 months!
