If it is a waist of money then I really need to know. One is becoming available. I would even truss it just in case.

So...built 08 rub I axle with locker...or PR44?
Built Rubi is good the factory lockers are a 4 pin design a d solid.....I've had Arb's fail due to lines and leaks etc as well as have several friends who have had finicky stuff happen join a variety of things.....

If you find a d44 with locker sleeves and gussets for a good price grab it....its not junk....

RWK HAUS SUPPLY The best drivetrain store you will find

Call Robert, he can give you many options of front housing.
I wanted a PR44. Finally decided to go with Teraflex R44. Been happy so far.
People will comment about it being made over seas. Well okay.

I read on the TF site that the axle housings are made in the USA.

Look under the description tab...

Took my housing two weeks from the time it was ordered through dynatrac to get to my installer. Been happy with it so far. Build sheet for my axle w/upgraded ball joints was 2900 ish, this was due to having the rebuildable ball joints installed as well. This did not include shipping as they are local enough we picked up. This was also before sales tax. Figure another couple of hundred to freight ship it to TX.
