Default Let me get yours thoughts

I want to get some thoughts and opinions on a set of rock rails. Now i cant disclose the name at this time because these are prototypes and i am not 100% they are a sponsor but i am telling them to definitly check it out! They are a well known company though. I got to post because i keep getting PMs from people who see them in other pictures!

Alright so anyways, I was given a chance to have 2dr rails placed on my Jeep and they do have 4 door ones also. Here ar the pictures I have so far, I have not gotten any under but it uses existing holes and bolts I believe where the body mounts to the frame.

They do stick out for enough to provide a step so getting in the back is A LOT easier for people. I have not tested them out yet on the rocks but will be this coming weekend. They have a textured finish, not smooth. Any thoughts?

looks like they are more useful as a step than a rock rail. they're too short. they need to be about 3 inches longer in each direction.

they seem like they will offer decent rocker protection, i need to get a picture straight from the side so you can see them a little better. I will probably find out this weekend

I would but they asked me not to let their name out yet. They just did the photo shoot with me and a 4dr JK so i think it will all be out soon. Sorry, i wish i could but i am respecting their wishes, after all i did get the rails for FREE!

I dont really like them too much, I think they hang down too low. Plus they dont look like they cover the entire rocker area.

They both look pretty similar. They must be the same. Or copycats?
