Wouldnt you have higher cog from any sort of lift? But moreso from a suspension lift because then the frame is being raised as well? I'm not really a fan of body lifts simply because of the way they look, but if I needed something small like an inch I may consider it.

climb underneath and look, there is already gaps between the frame and body on ur stock jeep. it only increases the gap. u have body mounts between ur frame and body already.

Having seen body lift bolts shear in an accident as cause catastrophic damage that normally wouldn't have happened, I'll never install one on my own vehicle ever again.

Running a 1" spring spacer won't hurt anything. Your lift was designed to sit at that height so none of the components will see any difference. It's a lot cheaper than buying springs, which will simply net you the exact same outcome.

Has anyone used a simple coil spring compressor to make the job alittle easier to put the spacer pucks on top?
