i was looking into that lift myself, i believe the fixed are just that fixed on both ends, the adjustable are what they say as well, and the flex are the adjustable with an added hinge to let it move a bit more, i would guess similar to the superlift rockrunners, only adjustable

I don't know anything about BDS, but I would def. Get the adjustable arms. I would get the front lowers at least. That way you can increase the caster. If you can afford to get all 8 arms... do it. When I got my Teraflex 3" I got the front lower and rear upper arms so I could adjust caster and pinion angle. "Flex arms" usually refers to the type of joint it has... Like a "johnny joint" or heim joint instead of just having a rubber bushing.

hi i started with the bds 4.5 lift... it comes with lower rear adjustable arms.. but i went with the flex adjustable arms and gas shocks.. i think its worth the extra to get the adjustable arms all around if you can . i am very happy with the lift.. oh and i would get front and rear adjustable track bars... it comes with relocation brackets.. but its nice to have adjustable track bars.
this is the 4.5 lift with jks acos coilover adjustable spacers.
