Ready lift makes decent products, but if you just looking to level it out then there are much more inexpensive ways to go. As for the tires, thats a fair price. I have seen them cheaper, but it is usually on a special somewhere.

TeraFlex makes a leveling kit for about $129. Trail Master has a leveling kit, but I'm not sure if it is in production yet.
You might also consider all 5 tires so you have the right size spare.

Read the fine print!

Going off-road VOIDS the Readylift warranty. Personally, I'd look for a lift manufacturer that actually believes in their own products...

I was able to get the TeraFlex Leveling kit from Northridge 4x4 for 119$ shipped. As far as tires I would look for a better deal...try 4 wheel parts when they have one of there buy 3 get 1 free sales. Or look into Mastercraft tires you can get those at a good price!
