Default lift

I'am new to the forum and my jeep. I had a liberty with a 2.5 inch lift before. I'am know thinking of lifting my wrangler and wondering what is better a bb lift or a full spring lift. I see the differnce in price, i do some wheeling but not extreme. Would like some input on possible lifts for a 2008 wrangler unlimited.

what size tire are you looking at putting under it? what kind of wheeling do you do? we're going to need a little more information...

I was told if you go over 2" on a body lift things will not line up right anymore internally and was suggested to not go over 1.5" if I wwent that way.
This was the dealer telling me this.
My jeep had 32" tires on it with the factory suspension and no lift and was fine.
I went to a 3" lift and 35s tho as I got mine for class 6 to class 8 trail running and rock crawling.
On a class 6 run I will never center up or bottom out or rail up or hit front or back.
On a class 8 trail all these things happen and it's good to have friends caravaning with you or trees and a winch... lol
I like to go out alone so try to avoid the really ruff stuff but after the rain...

See my post in this section titled Tera Flex Death Wobble tho before you decide anything.

Oh BTW the dealer told me that going more than 3" will take out any drive train warrenties etc. and that is true here in Arizona where state law over rides their disclaimers about 4 wheel'n. As long as usage is 50% or less "heavy" 4 wheeling they have to honor their warrenty. but not if you go over 3" lift.

I could run 37" tires with my 3" lift so it's plenty and taller to me would just be dumb as your raising your center of gravity already and asking for a roll over beyound 3" in my opinion.

I'am still up in the air on tires i have 18 wheels. I wheel on middle of the road trails for know, due to this is daily driver. But i would like the wheel travel so i have room to grow. I figure a 3inch teraflex lift seems to be the better. I would like tires that are not to big as to cut off wheel travel.
