Default Which lift?

I'm looking to get either the rock krawler 2.5" stock mod or the teraflex 2.5" bb. Any advice on what's the better lift? I am gonna run bilstein shocks with the one I chose.

it's basically personal preference...I just received my wheels yesterday, ordering my lift/tires when wife agro goes down some...then getting teraflex 2.5.

I ran the TF 2.5" BB for about 8 months and wheeled the jeep pretty hard without issues. I now run a 2.5" Emu (net about 3") lift. There really is a huge difference in the way it handles between the two. In my opinion, go with an actual coil lift if you can afford it especially if your gonna run bilsteins regardless..

Thanks but Money is kind of an issue. I'm leaning towards the rock krawler mainly cause you can upgrade their lifts so I can eventually modify it to make it better as opposed to replacing it completely. Anybody with rock krawler advice?

Default Teraflex decision!?

Hey guys, new to the forum. I have a 2012 Sahara Unlimited, Vtec Offroad 18" black wheels with 5" BS, and 285/65R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers. I only have a 3.21 rear end (plus I just dropped $1000 on tires) so I don't want to go any bigger than my 33s for the foreseeable future but I would like a lift to get rid of my rake. I've narrowed down to either the Teraflex performance leveling kit or the Teraflex 2.5" with Bilstein shocks from Northridge. Is the 2.5" going to be too high if I stick with 33s? Should I just stay with the shorter leveling kit? This is my DD but I only have a 2 mile commute to work, so mileage isn't really an issue. I pull a boat sometimes and take it on trails occasionally, camping and fishing with my kids, but I don't do any rock climbing or extreme trails. Any advice (and pics of similar setups) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

If you have any questios about our products feel free to ask us! You will be more happy in the long run with a coil spring lift, our 2.5" front coils are progressive rate which will ride great on the road and give you additional travel off-road. Another big thing is that our stock mod includes our Bomb Proof double adjustable front track bar to recenter the front axle under your rig. Good luck with your build!

I'm running the stock mod kit with RK LCA'S on 35's trail grapplers an it rides better than stock did.. You def get you moneys worth with the stock mod kit an you will be much happier with the ride vs a bb that's just spacer.. But whatever money permits go for but if it were me I'd save up an get coils there stock mod kits isn't much more than the tereflex bb just something to consider IMO
