Default Lift help

I want to start looking into lifts for my 2 door x. I want to run 35s and want it to keep a nice low look for it. I can't decide between 2.5 coil lift or 3 In lift. I know if I go three I will need new ds. And this is a dd. any opinions.

A Teraflex 2.5" coil lift will fit 35's as long as you use the bumpstop extensions.

I just talked to David at Northridge last week about this, and I bought the 2.5" Rock Krawler lift (there's a special for it with the Bilstein 5100s by the way). He said to run 35s, the 2.5" is fine - and you can run 37s with flat fenders no problem. I initially wanted the 3.5" and he talked me out of spending the extra money I didn't need to spend! Call him and talk to him; he won't steer you wrong.

I just installed a Teraflex 2 1/2" lift on a buddy's JKU. From 4 Wheel Drive Parts, it was $497.99 and included new shocks, but used the factory springs with spacers ft and rr and a re-locate bracket for the rear trac bar. He called me two days later on a two hour drive just to tell me how much better it rode and drove - he was pumped up.
