Default Lift Install Cost

Wondering if $200 is a fair price for a lift install.
Details;
08' 4-door Sahara

Installing a TeraFlex 2.5" Coil Lift Kit w/ Shock Adaptors PN#1352000
I will also get the lift itself at cost.
I think it's a very good price, well worth my Saturday.

I think it's a good deal... I was quoted anywhere from 350-400 for the same lift install at a couple of different places. Only thing different was install of new shocks instead of shock adaptors with current shocks.

Save the $200 and spend the 2-3 hours and install it yourself. It is not that hard and there is a good write up on this forum. If you post in the staging area there are probably some JEEPERS in your area that would be willing to help. Build comradery and your JEEP.

Baby it's cold outside! With temps in the teens and 2 feet of snow in the yard. Spending the day in the driveway doesn't sound like fun.
200 sounds like a bargain.

x2 !!

Not everyone has a nice warm garage with good access to tools. Although, there's so much more satisfaction to doing it yourself

If it is only the weather and location, and not a time consideration, you should toss a post in the Staging Area for your neck of the woods. I'd bet that you could find someone with a garage and tools that would be willing to lend a hand. Most times, and depending on where you live of course, you can turn it into a full install party fairly easily.

I'm with you, it's cold!! I paid $200 for my install. Didn't have time to install myself and needed to get it done fast.
