RC 2.5 coil w/shocks. No beer the first time, but 6 hours alone and I had the convenience of a lift, but no experience installing a lift kit. #2 replacing the rear springs - 3 and about 1.5hrs taking my time... and no lift.

Default Rusty's 3.25 w/ Adjustable Track Bars Front and Rear

Appx. 12 hours, hand tools, alone. Had to stop and go pick up spring compressor, and had some issues with the rubber bushings on rear shocks. First JK lift installed, would be much faster a second time.

Full Traction 2" BB. It took an hour and a half, including re-centering the steering wheel. Of course, I had 5 guys from the Cen-Cal group show up to help. The fact that they all knew what they were doing made it fly by. 6 of us tackling a BB may have been overkill, but that's how we roll in Cen-Cal It cost me a dozen doughnuts, 2 large pizzas and I don't know, maybe 30 beers . But we had a great BS session afterward.
