Upgrading 2.5 TF BB
When first got my JK. I thought all I wanted was to lift it and get bigger wheels and tires. So that's what i did. I went with the TeraFlex 2.5 BB with the shocks. Well... I was wrong. I just bought my new bumper and winch along with a few other mods. I know that when I install the bumper and winch I'm going to get mega sag in the front end with only the stock springs and the 2.5 inch spacers that came with the BB.
I think all I need to do to upgrade my lift from the BB to the regular lift to get rid of the sag is buy the new coil springs that come with the TF 2.5" JK Wrangler Lift Kit with coil springs and dump the spacers??? I think the rest of the hardware is the same, right???

Im interested to the answer to this question.. I have a new 2010 JK Unlimited Rubi and plan on going with the TF BB 2.5 and 35'' tires. However i too have plans on a new front bumper w/ winch as well... if the above is true it might help me out and save me time and money on the install.
oh and this is my first post but ive been stalking this site for a while now, already have learned so much.. cheres mates

I actually moved from an RC 2.5" BB to the TF coil lift. I think you're right in your case, but there may be other things you should consider adding at this time. I strongly recommend that you give David at Northridge4x4 a call. He'll keep you straight. In my case, I installed the entire TF 2.5" coil kit with shocks (my RC shocks were shot, and the RC BB has other components missing that the TF BB has). I asked David about track bars, and he said if it was his Jeep he'd also install front and rear, and so I picked up the TF Monster Front and the JKS rear (based on his recommendations). I'm quite pleased with the results. Even if you decide to defer some of his recommendations, you'll have excellent advice on which to base your future purchases.
